Our truffle sauce has been studied and improved over the years. We kept the traditional techniques and always employ Italian ingredients of our land. However, we have researched the best combination of ingredients and reformulated the recipe to bring out the best qualities of the truffle.
The sauce is easy to use home and it allows you to create high-quality dishes with a unique flavor but the low price compared to the high cost of Italian truffle.
The truffle sauce and great for pasta dishes, appetizers and seconds. We recommend you add in mushroom soups, vegetables, cereals. Great to enjoy on polenta.

Ingredients : 50 % prataioli mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), 12% minced carrots, 5 % porcini mushrooms ( boletus edulis e relativo gruppo), 10 % Truffles Flap( tuber aestivum Vit), 8% of Grana Padano cheese, 4% minced onions cooked in white wine, 3 % olive oil, 4% salt, flavor, meat extract, 4% olive black. Mix it before use.
