Pasta with truffle sauce

Note: In addition to pasta represented here you can use other types of different pasta shapes , such as spaghetti, penne, farfalle or others. In case of need 100g more than the regular pasta.

Ingredients: 350g of pasta 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ( 30 gr ) , 1 jar of 100 grams of truffle sauce, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese ( 10 g ), 1 tablespoon of salt to the salt ' pasta water ( 15 gr ) .
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
When the water boils add the pasta.
Waiting for the pasta cooking, take a large pot at least 30 cm.
Pour the jar of truffle sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ( 30 g ).
Pour 1 ladle of pasta water and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
The pasta is cooked, pour it into the pan with the preparation.
Add a tablespoon of cheese.
Turn on the cooker pot over medium heat.
Medium heat, stirring often for a minute and a half.
Serve (if desired with grated truffles, whole or fresh) .
