Risotto with white sauce

Ingredients 400g of rice : 1 tablespoon of butter , 2 jars of 100 gr of white sauce or 1 jar of 170 gr of white sauce , 1 tablespoon of grated cheese ( 10 g ) , 1 /2 tablespoon or 5 grams of salt, 2 liters of water , 1 tablespoon ( 8 g ) for the preparation of meat stock.
Pour 2 liters of water in a pot.
Pour ½ tablespoon or 7 grams of salt.
Pour 1 teaspoon or 3gr of prepared meat broth.
Turn on the heat of the pan.
Mix.
Boil the water.
